Solar Car Challenge Cross-country Solar Car Race.
When: July 20 to July 30, 2013.
Location: Starting line: Texas Motor Speedway, Fort Worth, Texas
Finish Line: Los Angeles Museum of Science, Los Angeles, California.
 
This is an incredible program for high school students. They design, build, and race 100% solar-powered cars. In 2013, they will race from Fort Worth, Texas to Los Angeles, California. Come out and cheer the teams of students as more than 20 high schools from across America and the international teams start from Texas Motor Speedway!
